Kingston, NH: André G. Lemieux, 70, of Kingston, NH and formerly of Lawrence, MA, died on September 26, 2017 at Exeter Hospital, Exeter.
Born in Notre-Dame-du-Lac, Quebec, Canada, the son of the late George and Rita (Cote) Lemieux, he was educated in Canada and came to the United States at the age of 20. Mr. Lemieux first worked as a Lumberjack from 1967 until 1978, and later for Lawrence Maid Service from 1978 until 1993 and most recently as a Maintenance Supervisor for Southwick Apparel L.L.C.
A devoted father and grandfather and an avid handyman, he enjoyed snowmobiling and tinkering around his home.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Brie Lemieux of Kingston; two daughters and son-in-law, Sandy Maloney of Kingston and Tina and William Radigan of Kingston; five grandchildren, Jack Maloney, Jasmine Maloney, Kyle Radigan, Gage Radigan and Savannah Lemieux. He is also survived by his longtime partner and soulmate, Maria DeSilva of Salisbury and his former wife, Gaetane (Soucy) (Lemieux) Kezar, three brothers and two sisters. He was also looking forward to the birth of his first great grandchild.
Relatives and friends may call on Sunday, October 1, 2017, from 2 – 5 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.
