Plaistow, NH; William "Bill" Thomas Gover, Sr., 87, former longtime resident of Salem, NH, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, at High Pointe House, Haverhill, MA, surrounded by his loving family.

Born and raised in Malden, Massachusetts, a graduate of Malden Vocational High School, following graduation he went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Air Force from 1953- 1957, earning the rank of Airman First Class. After his military service he went on to work for AVCO and later Digital Equipment Corporation in electronics assembly for over thirty years before retiring.

Bill enjoyed golfing at Crystal Springs Golf Course, bowling, bird watching and fishing. He was quite the card shark and liked playing 45's and cribbage with friends and family.  Bill was an avid New England sports fan, having always watched all the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins games with those he loved. Above all, spending time with his family was most important.

Bill is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of sixty years, Patricia (Kubicki) Gover of Plaistow, NH; two sons, William T. Gover, Jr., and his wife, Kristen of Allenstown and Glenn A. Gover of Olympia, WA; daughter, Donna Reardon and her husband, Ronald of Plaistow, NH; eleven grandchildren, Bryce Gover, Caitlin Gover, Justin Gover, Cody Gover and his wife, Illessa, Karson Gover and his wife, Jessica, Kyle Gover, Carley Anne Nail and her husband, Daniel, Clay Gover, Chloe Gover, Ronald Reardon Jr., and Riley Rose Reardon; one great-grandchild, Wren. He is predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Wendi Gover.
