William A. “Billy” Brandolini, 39, of Newton, NH, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at his home. He was the beloved husband of Jillian (Perrault) Brandolini. Together, they built a life filled with love, memories, and the greatest gifts of all: their three beautiful children.
Billy was born in Newburyport, MA, on July 1, 1987, to William and Linda (Gobeil) Brandolini. He was raised and educated in Haverhill, MA, graduating from Haverhill High School with the Class of 2005. He went on to receive an associate’s degree from Le Cordon Bleu, the Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, NH, in 2008.
He was a talented and passionate chef who began his career at Seaglass in Salisbury, MA, working alongside his brother Scott. He later became Executive Chef at Ceia in Newburyport, where he worked until 2011. He spent summers managing Sawyer’s in Gilford, NH, and the Lunch Box on the pier at Weirs Beach overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. For the past seven years, Billy served as Executive Chef at Jamison’s in Hampstead, NH, where he was considered the heart of the kitchen. His talent and dedication earned him an invitation to cook at the James Beard House in New York, an honor recognizing exceptional culinary talent. Billy also worked in construction on and off throughout the years alongside his brother, Vinnie, at Brandolini Construction.
While Billy took great pride in his work, his greatest accomplishment and most important role in life was being a dad. His children were his world, and he loved them more than words could ever express. He was a loving, devoted father who cherished the time he spent with his children and looked forward to making memories with them as they grew. Whether it was sharing everyday moments, supporting their interests, or simply being together, his children brought him happiness unlike anything else. The love he had for Winter, Maverick, and Vatrano was endless.
Billy also treasured his life with Jillian. After nine years together, their marriage was a testament to the life and family they had built. Jillian was his wife, his partner, and the person with whom he shared so many chapters of his life. The love they shared and the family they created together will forever be a part of his legacy.
Outside of his family and career, Billy was a lifelong hockey fan who spent eleven years playing youth hockey with the Junior Warriors. He had a passion for winter sports, especially snowboarding and snowmobiling. One of his greatest joys was passing these interests on to his children and creating lasting memories together. Billy was an avid sneaker collector who always had the perfect pair of sneakers to match any outfit.
One of Billy’s greatest joys was looking forward to bringing his daughter Winter to the farm every Monday, where a special tradition blossomed into a love of horseback riding. These moments reflected the love and happiness he found in being her dad and the precious memories they shared together.
Besides his wife, Jillian, Billy is survived by his three beloved children, Winter Brandolini and twins Maverick and Vatrano Brandolini; his parents, William and Linda (Gobeil) Brandolini; his brothers, Scott Brandolini and his partner Kirby Kattar of Sandown, NH, and Vincent Brandolini and his wife Sarah of Atkinson, NH; his nieces and nephews, Anabella Brandolini, Jordan Gregoire, Lucca Brandolini, Giovanni Brandolini, Lorenzo Brandolini, and Valentina Brandolini; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alan and Nancy Perrault; his favorite Auntie Carol Baker; along with his other aunts and uncles, and many cousins
Billy leaves behind a family who loves him beyond measure and a lifetime of memories that will be held close forever. Though his time here was far too short, the love he gave, the family he created, and the lives he touched will never be forgotten. He will always be remembered as a devoted husband, an incredible father, a beloved son and brother, and a friend to so many. His children will forever carry his love with them, and his legacy will live on through them.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. His funeral will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at All Saints Parish in Haverhill, MA. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be considered to a GoFundMe established to support Billy’s beloved wife, Jillian, and their three young children, Winter, Maverick, and Vatrano, as they navigate this heartbreaking loss. Any contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated and will help provide support and stability for his family during this difficult time and in the years ahead.
