Plaistow, NH: William R. "Bill" Moulton, Jr., 46, of Plaistow died on May 9, 2016 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Heidi J. (Ratkevicius) Moulton, two sons Eric J. and Samuel W. Moulton of Plaistow, his father, William R. Moulton and his wife Terry of Plaistow, his mother, Cheryl (Tremblay) Griswold of Abington, MD, his brother, Jason Griswold of Abington, MD, two sisters, Jennifer Rappold of Baltimore, MD, and Jackie Moulton of Kingston, NH, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Francis and MaryAnne (Ellis) Ratkevicius of Haverhill, a brother-in-law, Francis "Tony" Ratkevicius, Jr. and his wife Erin of Salisbury, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
