IN LOVING MEMORY OF
William G.
"Bill" Bayek
September 25, 1957 – May 5, 2025
William G. "Bill" Bayek Jr., 67, a longtime resident of Plaistow, NH, passed away at his home on Monday, May 5, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Susan (Cicciarella) Bayek, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Bill met Susan when they were just 15 years old, and from that young age, their bond and love became the foundation for building a beautiful family together.
Born in Odessa, TX, on September 25, 1957, Bill was the son of the late William Bayek Sr. and Nanette West. He was a proud graduate of Timberlane High School, Class of 1976, where he made his mark as the All-Star quarterback—a testament to his lifelong passion for sports. Whether it was playing, watching, or talking about the game, sports remained a constant joy in Bill's life.
Bill was a licensed plumber and dedicated teacher of the trade, sharing his knowledge in evening classes at Whittier Vo-Tech. He worked for 19 years at Lucent Technologies and most recently at Epping Pump & Well until his retirement.
Bill loved to fish and found joy and peace in being outdoors with a rod in hand. But above all, his all-time favorite activity was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who called him "Grampy." You would often find him at a game, recital or special moment, but if he couldn't be there, he was eager to hear about it. He cheered his grandkids on with pride and unwavering support.
In addition to his cherished wife Susan, Bill is survived by his children: Brandy Padden and her husband Josh of Sandown, NH; Bill Bayek III and his wife Colleen of Hampstead, NH; Kelly Lombardo and her husband Jason of Methuen, MA; and Jennifer Bayek and her husband TJ Hodgkins of Hampstead, NH. He leaves behind his adored grandchildren: Madelyn Bayek, Charlotte Bayek, Billy Bayek IV, Gianna Lombardo, Olivia Lombardo, and Ryder Hodgkins. He is also survived by his sister Lisa Barrows and her husband Greg, along with many extended family members and friends.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
