Wayne E. Campbell, 81, of Fremont, NH died on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Exeter Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Ann (Deveau) Campbell.

He was born in Haverhill, MA on November 17, 1943 and was the son of the late John F. and Dorothy M. Campbell. He proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Army. Wayne was employed for many years as the sales manager at Pope Machinery in Haverhill, MA until his retirement.  He was an avid fisherman and a member of the Chester, NH Rod and Gun Club. Wayne will be dearly missed.

Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter Debbie Burke and her husband John of Haverhill, MA, his granddaughter Dawn Taylor and her wife Tanya Taylor of Gloucester, MA, his great granddaughter Chantal Taylor, his brother Brian Campbell of Cheyenne, Wyoming. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews.

Wayne was sadly predeceased by his brother Bruce Campbell and his sister-in-law Patricia Campbell.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 10am – 1pm at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH. A graveside service will follow at 1:45 at Linwood Cemetery in Haverhill, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors at woundedwarriorproject.org.
