Veronica S. Winter, 62, of Haverhill MA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday August 25, after battling a brief illness.

Born in Exeter to the late Harry M. Serounian, and Patricia A. (Martin) Serounian. A graduate of Timberlane high school, class of 1981. Veronica earned a certificate in medical coding through the Salter School, class of 2009. Throughout the years, Veronica held many positions and certifications as an SMT Assembler.

Veronica loved spending time outside, live music, and traveling with her family and friends. She enjoyed many years camping throughout the northeast and attended countless concerts. Her favorite times were those spent on the beach. She especially loved the time she spent with her granddaughter.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by Stephen M. Winter of Plaistow NH, with whom she shared many loving years, her son Joshua S. Winter, and his wife Stephanie, of Plaistow NH, and her beloved granddaughter Audrey, who was the light of her life. She also leaves behind her sister Alexandria Serounian, of Exeter NH, her children Brianna and Tyler and her lifelong friend Tammy Sargant, of Aiken SC, whom she considered a sister. She also leaves behind many other nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends and family are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, September 3 from 4pm-7pm at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St Plaistow NH 03865. A funeral will be held at the funeral home Wednesday September 4 at 11am. Burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to a charity of the donor's choice, in memory of Veronica.
