Kingston, NH:  Valerie (Klein) Hinckley, 76, of Kingston, NH and formerly of Chester, NH, died on December 26, 2021 at the Hyder Family Hospice House, Dover, NH.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Baranowski) Klein.  Valerie attended Hampton Bays High School, graduating with the Class of 1963 and attended the Lenox Hill Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in 1966.  She was employed as a Registered Nurse at the Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA, until her retirement in 2010.

Valerie enjoyed making crafts by hand, fishing, boating and cooking, and was well known in her family for her Portuguese soup that she would make for the holidays.  She had very eclectic interests, always trying different things, and when she was able to, she really enjoyed traveling to new places with her brother, Frank and his wife, Sheila.  Her grandchildren meant the world to her.

Predeceased by her husband, Carl Wonser, in 2000, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son and daughter-in-law, Albert and Susan Hinckley of Fremont, NH; a daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Jonathan Front of Naples, FL; a brother, Frank Klein, Jr. of Pascagoula, MS; and grandchildren, Samantha Front, Jonathan Front, Emily Hinckley and Aiden Hinckley.
