Tracey A. (Iwanicki) Farnsworth, 47, a resident of Haverhill for twenty years, died on Saturday, May 19, 2012.



Born in Salem, MA, daughter of the late John and Agnes (Bettencourt) Iwanicki, she was raised in Peabody and was a 1982 graduate of Peabody High School.She later attended North Shore Community College in Beverly.



Mrs. Farnsworth was a Certified Nurse's Aide at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Salem, MA for over twenty years.She was devoted to the care and nurturing of her family.



She is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, David A. Farnsworth; one son Justin C. Farnsworth and one daughter Ashley L. Farnsworth all of Haverhill; one brother John Iwanicki of Merrimac, MA; several aunts, uncles and cousins.



Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA.A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.



Memorial donations can be made in Mrs. Farnsworth's name to a charity of one's choice.
