Born, raised and educated in Haverhill, son of the late Joseph and Irene (Archambault) Vinci, he graduated from Haverhill High School with the Class of 1965 and attended the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Vinci retired as a salesman from the former Albert H. Notini and Sons, of Lowell and had previously owned and operated Thomas J. Vinci Sales of Plaistow for several years.

A member of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish of Plaistow, Mr. Vinci was  a longtime member of the H.H.S. Class of 1965 Reunion Committee. An avid New England Patriots fan, he also enjoyed cooking and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of forty-five years, Alice M.H. (Levesque) Vinci, a daughter, Thea M. Mose of Plaistow, a son and daughter-in-law, Tad J. and Wanpen Vinci of Hudson, NH, a brother and sister-in-law, Peter M. and Maureen Vinci of Haverhill, three grandchildren, Joshua Mose, Vincent Vinci, and Vivian Vinci, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mr. Vinci's Life Celebration to be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Thursday at 9 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Angels Church of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, 8 Atkinson Depot Rd. Plaistow and followed by burial in Maplewood Cemetery, Plaistow. Due to family allergies, please omit flowers and consider memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association.
