Bradford: Thomas C. Mullane, 80 of Bradford, died Monday, December 31, 2018 at his home from natural causes.
Born in Boston, son of the late Thomas and Helen Mullane, he was raised and educated in East Boston, graduating East Boston High School. He later attended Wentworth Institute in Boston. A Vietnam veteran, Mr. Mullane was a member of the Army National Guard.
He was a member of Local 17 of the Sheet Metal Worker Union and employed for thirty-six years as a draftsman and sheet metal fabricator.
A member of Sacred Hearts Parish of Bradford, The Irish Club of Malden and the Sheet Metal Worker Retirees, Mr. Mullane was a longtime car aficionado, who also enjoyed playing the Lottery, coaching Basketball at Sacred Hearts School and attending his son's hockey games and golf tournaments.
A kind and generous man, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Brenda (Page) Mullane, his son and daughter-in-law, Sean T. and Alexis Mullane, of Bradford, daughters Kimberly A. Mullane of Haverhill, as well as daughters Donna E. Mullane, Teresa M. DeGou, and sons Daniel T. Mullane and Thomas C. Mullane, a sister Patricia, a cousin Donna Mayers, of Swampscott, god-children Selma, Meena and Aydin and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and extended family, Rodgers Still and Stacey Still and many close friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to Tom's Calling Hours to be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. His funeral will begin on Monday morning at 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Sacred Hearts Church, South Main St., Bradford, followed by the rendering of Military Honors by the U.S. Army.
