He was a twenty-two year resident of Hampton Beach NH, and a wintertime resident of Naples, Florida until making his permanent residence at Foxfire Golf and Country Club in Naples.

First and foremost, Tom was devoted to his family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and was also an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and a passionate golfer as a member of the Foxfire Men's League. He enjoyed hosting cookouts at his beach house at Hampton Beach or wherever he called home.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Donna (Mitchell) Moolic, a son Timothy J. Moolic and his wife Lynn, of Seabrook Beach, NH, a daughter Catherine A. (Moolic) Pare-Duff and her husband Timothy Duff of  Salisbury Beach, MA, eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, his mother-in-law, Catherine Chapman of Boynton Beach, FL, a sister-in-law, Linda Torossian and her husband Richard of Hampton Beach, two brothers-in-law, Peter Mitchell and his wife Vicky of Seabrook Beach, and Mike Mitchell and his wife Lisa of Plaistow, NH, a sister-in-law Debby Mitchell of Jacksonville Beach, FL, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in 2008 by his daughter Lisa (Moolic) Knight and by his brother-in-law Robert Mitchell.

A private family funeral service will be held under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home of Plaistow, NH. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Saint Jude Childrens' Hospital, 265 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, or to Granite State Dog Recovery, 7 Dartmouth St., Hooksett, NH.
