Haverhill, MA:  Thomas F. DeRoche, 65, of Haverhill, MA died on January 18, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

A lifelong resident of Haverhill, Tom was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Nadeau) Deroche.  He attended St. Joseph Grammar School and Haverhill High School, graduating with the Class of 1973.  He also attended Northern Essex Community College receiving an Associates Degree in Business.  He worked as a shipper and receiver at A T & T and Lucent Technologies until his retirement and also worked as a shipper and receiver for Reagan Ford, Haverhill.

Tom was a member of All Saints Parish, Haverhill, and in his spare time, he enjoyed watching Jeopardy, doing jumble puzzles, reading Rolling Stone magazine and the Boston Globe.  He was an avid fan of New England sports teams and was a collector of many things, including comic books, records and coupons.  Tom was very devoted to his family, especially his nieces and nephews, and was his mother's caretaker until her death on January 8, 2020.

Tom will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by five brothers and sisters-in-law, John "Jack" and Janice DeRoche of Bradford, MA, David Deroche, Peter DeRoche and Gerard DeRoche, all of Haverhill and Timothy and Jane DeRoche of Haverhill; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Fred Emilio of Haverhill, Margaret and Patrick Guilbert of Ipswich, MA, Jane Daly of Kingfield, Maine and Andrea and Jack Clevesey of Sneed's Ferry, NC; Two aunts, Catherine Jameson (recently passed) and Ann Gardella and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends may attend a Graveside Service to be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, at 12:00 noon in St. Joseph Cemetery, Haverhill.  Donations in Tom's name may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, MA 01832.  Please visit Tom's guestbook to leave a message of condolence or a cherished memory for the family.
