Haverhill, MA:Theresa S. (Lacroix) (Benoit) Fici, 85, died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Penacook Place in Haverhill.



Born in Haverhill, MA, daughter of the late Leopold and Irene (Fortier) Lacroix, she was raised in Haverhill and attended local schools.She was a graduate of St. Joseph Grammar School and Haverhill High School.



Mrs. Fici worked for Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent Technologies as a Test Analyst for thirty-one years until her retirement in 1987.She was also a member of the company Golf League and enjoyed doing volunteer work in her retirement.



She was a member of All Saints Parish, The Telephone Pioneers of America and the Communication Workers Association.



She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Fici, and her brother Roland Lacroix.Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law Roland A. and Linda Benoit of Haverhill and Harvey S. and Louise Benoit of Highland Ranch, CO; one daughter and son-in-law Irene Y. and Lawrence Farrell of Seattle, WA; two brothers Leo H. Lacroix of Plaistow and Gerard "Joe"' Lacroix of Plaistow; two sisters Margaret Ferlito of Bradford and Antoinette Crepeau of Plaistow; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
