Theresa A. (Dirago) Farr, 70, died on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. She left us peacefully at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where she was surrounded by her devoted husband and loving daughters.

Born on July 6, 1954, in Haverhill, MA, Theresa was the daughter of the late Ernest and Esterina (Aragona) Dirago. She grew up in Haverhill, MA, where she embraced life with love and warmth.

Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. After her divorce from Kimberly and Kristin's father, Theresa found love once more with her husband, Hazen. It gave Theresa immense joy when spending quality time with her grandchildren, creating cherished memories as often as possible. She also enjoyed bonding with Hazen while listening to some of their favorite music. Living close to the ocean, Theresa took great pleasure in long drives along the coast.

Theresa is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Hazen, her loving daughters, Kimberly Heffernan (wife Emily Heffernan) and Kristin Heffernan; her cherished grandchildren, Jordan Heffernan, Ruby Heffernan, Leo Heffernan, and Finley Heffernan. As well as her sister Mary Malcolm (husband Fred Malcolm Jr.), her sister-in-law Ruth Arellano, her nieces and nephews Sallie Malcom-Grady, Joanne Beaulieu, Brandon Johnson, Sarah Arellano, Josh Arellano, Rebecca Stoddart, as well as Hazen's mother Sandra Farr.

She was predeceased by Baby Boy Heffernan.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately. Her spirit will forever inspire those who knew her.
