Haverhill: Steven J. Barron, 76, a resident of Haverhill, since 1978, died August 25, 2021 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill.

Raised in East Boston, he was the son of the the late Donald F. Barron and the late Frances C. (Uliano) (Barron) Jenkins, and stepson of the late Joseph Jenkins. He graduated from Boston English High School and was employed for forty years as a film technician by Polaroid Corporation in Cambridge and Waltham.

He was an avid fan of the New England Patriots, the Boston Bruins, the Boston Celtics and Red Sox. He enjoyed traveling and his home in the Ayers Village area of Haverhill.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons, Steven J. Barron, Jr. of Hampstead, NH and Scott J. Barron and his wife Jodi of Salem, NH, six grandchildren, Maquela Barron and Raquel Smee, Talan Cyr, Drue Taylor, Logan Barron and Brady Barron, six great-grandchildren Sean Smee, Addison, Raegan and Cole Cyr, Harlow Barron and Willow Taylor, and his longtime companion Andrea Cabral of Methuen.

At Mr. Barron's requests there will be no calling hours or services.
