Plaistow, NH: Shirley L. (Mason) Senter, 99, of Plaistow, died January 29, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her loving and supportive family. Born in Atkinson, daughter of the late Carlisle and Susie (Bickford) Mason, she attended Atkinson schools and graduated from Atkinson Academy with the Class of 1938.
Mrs. Senter was the former co-owner of Senter Auto Supply of Plaistow, with her late husband Wilfred C. Senter. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Plaistow. She enjoyed bowling as a member of local leagues, playing cribbage, and gardening.
Predeceased by her husband Wilfred in 2016, she is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three grandchildren, Bonnie L. Dudas and her husband Robert of Derry, Maggie Maleno of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Scott A. Senter and his wife Carolyn of East Kingston, a brother Carlisle B. Mason of Hooksett, also six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Wilfred L. Senter, and Randy L. Senter and a daughter-in-law Marcelle (Lord) Senter.
Her funeral services will be private with burial following in Atkinson Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.
