Haverhill: Shirley L. (Kennedy) Dodier, 95, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 7, 2022 at Hannah Duston Healthcare in Haverhill.

The daughter of the late Lovett "Red' and Pauline (Gariepy) Kennedy, she attended Haverhill schools and was a member of the Haverhill High School Class of 1944. She was employed as a young woman at Western Electric Co.  before retiring to devote her time to raising her children.

A member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill, Mrs. Dodier was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed creating a warm and loving home for her family. She also enjoyed fishing, knitting and crafting.

Predeceased in 2012 by her beloved husband of sixty-five years, Paul J. Dodier, she will be missed and lovingly remembered by a son and daughter-in-law, Paul R. and Sybil Dodier of East Hampstead, NH, a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela A. and John Ohmann of Wasilla, Alaska, a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Ruth Kennedy of East Kingston, NH three grandchildren, Sara Dodier, Anne Ohmann and John Ohmann, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
