Haverhill, MA: Sheila H. Cote, 75, of Amesbury, passed away on November 6, 2018 at High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA.

Born in Haverhill, the daughter of the late Joseph and Doris Cote (Blair), her family were lifelong residents of Haverhill, MA, where she attended the Haverhill Public School System. Sheila has been a part of the Turning Point Organization for over thirty years. She lived with three other ladies at Middle Road in Amesbury, MA where she was well taken care of by the staff that loved her.

Sheila was a happy, feisty person, that loved to shop, play dress up, collect pocketbooks and to draw. She enjoyed her sweets and loved to drink coffee. As a joke, Sheila would take other people's coffee when they weren't looking, something she learned from her father. Sheila also loved to listen to music and to spend time with her program staff.

Turning Point was her home, and the staff and residents, as well as her guardian, Judy Abby, were like her family. Sheila also leaves behind a cousin, Debbie Rogers. She will be forever in our thoughts and greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held for Sheila on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph's Cemetery, 892 Hilldale Ave., Haverhill, MA.
