Shauna Mari McIntosh, 29 passed away June 4th at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, after a long illness. Shauna was born in Salem, MA the beloved daughter of Darlene (McIntosh) Ford. She was a 2003 graduate of Haverhill High School and attended Northern Essex Community College. She worked for many years as Office Manager for Market Basket, Inc.



Shauna is survived by her dearly loved son, Nathaniel; her loving sister, Kristina McIntosh; her mother and step-father, Darlene and Frederick Ford; her father, Henry McIntosh; and her grandmother, Gloria Clark, all of Haverhill. She is also survived by her aunt, Dawn Davis, of Athol; and many cousins.



The family would like to thank the staff at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House for their loving care and support.



Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA. Funeral Service and burial will be private.
