Estero, Florida: Scott R. "Chub" Malonson, 57, formerly of Stoneham, MA and Galveston, Texas and a resident of Estero for the past twenty years, died August 2, 2020 in Naples, following a motorcycle accident.

Born and educated in Stoneham, MA, Scott worked as a truck driver and carpenter and could build or fix anything, whether it involved his carpentry or his technical skills. He was a devoted grandfather and motorcycle enthusiast and was looking forward to attending this week's motorcycle rally in Sturgis, South Dakota. He was an accomplished cook and also enjoyed woodworking.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by a daughter, Jolene Malonson, and her loving companion, Trevor S. Campbell, of Winchendon, MA, a grandson, Trevor S. Campbell,Jr., his father, Bernard Malonson of Melrose, MA, his mother, Sally (Morrison) Malonson of Ft. Myers, FL, Two brothers, John B. Malonson and his wife, Nancy Maylor of Manchester, NH, and Wilton Malonson of Woburn, MA, a sister, Helen Longuemare of Malden, MA, two nieces, Jade Longuemare and Alexis Balliet, a nephew, Austin Maylor, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St, Plaistow, NH.
