Haverhill: Scott A. Foster, 50, a longtime resident of Haverhill, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday February 6, 2022 at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen.
Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, son to the late Arnold and Helen (Daskel) Foster, he moved to Haverhill at the age of eight where he attended local schools and graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School with the Class of 1989. He was a talented sheet metal fabricator and was employed at Salem Fabricators in Middleton.
Scott was an avid Boston and New England sports fan, always catching every Patriots and Red Sox game. When he was watching the games, he was playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends. He was also a history buff and took pleasure in sharing his knowledge with others. Above all, spending time with family and friends was most important to him.
Scott is survived by his three brothers, James M. Foster and his fiancé, Shelly Britton of Haverhill, MA, William Foster, also of Haverhill, and David Foster and his wife, Paula of Salem, NH; nephews, Jay, Alex and Christopher, Jeffrey, Shane, Jeremy and Justin; a niece, Samantha and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by a nephew Shawn Nagle.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.
