Sandra A. (Smith) Naugler, 58, of Newburyport, MA, passed away on Wednesday August 18, 2021, at Beverly Hospital surrounded by those she loved.

Born in Methuen, MA, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur H. and M. Patricia (Waitkevitch) Smith. Sandra was a graduate of Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH, and attended Westbrook College, Northeastern University where she studied a semester abroad in Rome; ultimately graduating from Merrimack College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and accounting. She began her career as a Benefits Analyst at Beram & Company, continued as a Client Service Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLC, and a Senior Business Analyst at Fidelity Investments. In 2000 she was the founding partner of Leasend Remarketing where she worked for the next 10 years. Until recently she worked at Rowley Light and Electric for the past 11 years.

Sandra was an animal lover who had several pets over the years. Most recently were her 2 adored black labs, Buca and Basil; and her beloved parrot George. As a young lady she enjoyed family trips boating off Cape Cod.  As an adult, she and her husband Robert continued their love of the ocean and could be found on their boat, out on the sea with friends or just enjoying downtown Newburyport. She enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean to places like Barbados and Vieques Puerto Rico.

Sandra will be sadly missed and lovingly cherished in the hearts of her family; her husband, Robert Naugler of Newburyport, sister, Kim Mackie of Danville, NH, nieces, Morgan Mackie of Danville, NH and Katelyn Masello and her husband Anthony of Plaistow, NH.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to call on Wednesday August 25, 20201 from 10 am to 11 am, at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home. Her Graveside Service will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery on East Broadway, Salem, NH.
