Our gratitude goes to Mass General, Pathways Hospice, and to all the family and friends that helped her through this difficult time.
Born in Lawrence, MA, daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Siegel) Lambert, Ruth was raised and educated in Methuen, graduating from Tenney High School with the Class of 1966, and went on to attend Northern Essex Community College. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Merrimack College.

A longtime member of the Haverhill Seventh-day Adventist Church of Bradford, she served as the clerk of the church from 1978 until recently retiring from that position. An active and supportive member of her church, faith was a very important part of her life. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark channel and attending her weekly Bible study group.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ruth looked forward to family vacations at Sebago Lake every summer. She also enjoyed board games, playing 45s, and playing tennis. She and her late husband "Chuck" were "Snow Birds" enjoying the winter season in Barefoot Bay, Florida for twenty years.
Predeceased in 2013 by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Tremblay, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two daughters, Christine (Holmes) Dearborn of Raymond and predeceased son-in-law, Stephen Dearborn, and Terilyn (Holmes) Greenleaf and her husband Joseph of Cleveland, TN; four step-children, Dale Tremblay of Dover, NH, Deborah Tremblay of Salem, NH, Thomas Tremblay and his wife Thayer of Salem, NH and David Tremblay and his wife, Candice, of Salem, NH; two sisters, Shirley Winward and her husband Al of Methuen, and Carol Swift and Greg Bowden of Newburyport; eight grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Meagan, Jake, Olivia, Jake, Evan and Drew; four great grandchildren, Josie, Hayden, Aurora, and Oakley; and several nieces and nephews.
