Obituary

Rosalie Marie Ball, of Clermont, Fla passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the age of 77.  Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on May 30, 1944, Rosalie graduated from Lawrence High School in 1962.  She went on to earn an associate's degree from Northern Essex Community College in Special Education where she proudly boasted a self-reported GPA of 3.80 or was it 3.08? ( our secret).  Rose worked for many years as a special education teacher at the Center School in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.  She later worked as an administrative assistant at Wolverine Corporation in Methuen, MA and for 20 yrs at Textron in Wilmington, MA.

Rose and her husband, Charlie Ball, raised their 2 boys in their Haverhill, MA home where they loved hosting all kinds of parties and family get togethers. They retired to Outdoor Resorts Orlando in Clermont, FL in 2002. They would come back during the summers to spend time with their family, but Florida was their favorite place to be.  It allowed them to be closer to the Florida Ports where they could catch a cruise or plan a trip with the whole family!

One of Rose's favorite things to do was to spoil her grandkids. She and Charlie loved when they would sleepover during the summers. Rose was the creator of the annual grandchild whipped cream fight, and although Rose was an avid whipped cream participant, she was always open to new ideas. (like changing whipped cream to water balloons when Charlie found out! ) Notorious for cheating at Scrabble and dominating at Gin Rummy and 45's, Rose was the life of the party, whether with her many friends, family or favorite pups. Her joy and her passion for life and family were contagious to all who knew her.

Rose was predeceased by her loving husband, Charlie, who passed in 2017, and her parents Dominic and Josephine Coco.

She is survived by her two sons, William Bramlitt and his wife Laurie of Brentwood, NH, and Robert Bramlitt and his wife Elizabeth of Stratham, NH, as well as her four grandchildren; Sarah, Amanda, Nicole, and Ben. She is also survived by her 7 siblings Marie Lavin, Auburn, MA, Sebastiano Coco, Salem NH, Ida McCarthy, Haverhill MA, Salvatore Coco, California, Alice Landry, Lawrence MA, Anthony Coco, Salem, NH, Joseph Coco, Milwaukee, Wi, as well as her many nieces and nephews .

The family has decided to honor Rose with a celebration of life, on Thursday Nov 18, 2021 at 11am at St. Michael's Parish, 9 Lincoln St., Exeter, NH.
