Sandown, NH: Robert W "Bob" Glazier, II, a resident of Sandown for the last thirty-eight years, died Monday, July 14, 2025, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester after a long battle against complications from esophageal cancer. Born in Oakland California, he was the son of the late Robert and Carol (Martinez) Glazier. His family settled in the Portsmouth R.I. area, where he attended local schools and began his career alongside his Dad.

Bob was employed for decades at NHD Hardware, working as a store manager in Plaistow, NH, before becoming the senior buyer in Stoughton, MA. For the last 20 years, he has worked as a sales manager for R.A. Graham and Company, where he retired.

Bob was a very involved Dad, supporting his daughters by coaching their softball teams, attending all their sporting events, and joining and encouraging them in their Girl Scout troops, as well as camps, where he served as an archery instructor at Camp Seawood and was affectionately known by his camp name, "Yogi." Bob enjoyed playing indoor field hockey, attending the Deerfield Fair annually, yard saleing, camping with the crew in Campton, NH, and spending time with his grandsons.

Bob will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of forty-one years, Ruth (Haneffant) Glazier, two daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly A. and Doug Henderson of Strafford, NH and Stephanie L. and David Richardson of Brentwood, NH. He was "Pepe" to three grandchildren: Levi and Lincoln Richardson and Rory Henderson, a brother to Scott Glazier of Portsmouth, R.I., and his 9 nieces and nephews, along with multiple cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours to be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. His funeral will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday July 19, 2025, from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Saint Anne's Church, Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH.
