Epping, NH: Robert J. "Bob" Chaisson, 81, of Epping, NH, formerly of Danville, NH and North Andover, MA, died after a long illness, on Thursday October 31, 2019, at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH.

Born in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of the late Arthur and Rita (Shevlin) Chaisson and was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Class of 1956. Bob was a dairy processor working at Hood, West Lynn Creamery, and Dragone. Before his retirement he worked at Malden Mills. Bob and his wife, Irene, raised their family in North Andover, MA, before eventually settling down in Danville, NH.

Bob loved Boston area sports, and having played baseball in school, he was of course a loyal Red Sox fan. He also greatly enjoyed golf, horseshoes, and Nascar. A loving family man, the forty-nine years of summer memories at Bow Lake in Strafford, NH is something they will all treasure forever.

Bob will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of fifty-eight years, Irene (Hart) Chaisson of Epping, NH, sons, Robert S. Chaisson of Danville, NH, and Russ Chaisson and his significant other, Kim Keaton of Manchester, NH, daughter, Amy Hunt and her husband, Robert of Rochester, NH, brothers, Frank Chaisson and his wife, Paula of Salem, NH and James Chaisson and his wife, Mary Ellen of Haverhill, MA, sister, Jane Houle of Salem, NH, sister-in-law, Lori Hart of Bradford, MA, grandchildren, Cassie and Chris, great grandchildren, Jerimiah and Aurora, as well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his great granddaughter baby Alyaha O'Brien, brothers-in-law Robert Houle and Malcolm Hart, sisters-in-law, Dorothy (Hart) Dyson and her husband, Lawrence, and Janice (Hart) Belisle and her husband, Richard.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, from 9 AM to 11 AM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 AM in St. Anne Church, 26 Emerson Ave, Hampstead, NH. Burial in Old Meeting House Cemetery, 470 Main St, Danville, NH.
