Robert "Bob" G. Brunelle, Sr., 83, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Penacook Place in Haverhill, following a period of failing health.

Born November 23, 1940, in Haverhill, MA, he was the son of the late Robert R. and Natalie A. (LeBlanc) Brunelle.

Mr. Brunelle was a graduate of the Haverhill Trade School. He served in the US Navy, and later worked in the Maintenance Department for Western Electric.

Bob enjoyed camping, fishing, playing billiards, and reading books. He was a train enthusiast of both model and life-sized trains. He loved spending time with his family and grandkids. He also spent many Sundays' going on rides anywhere with his beloved wife Barbara with who he did everything with for fifty six years.

Members of his family include his son Robert G. Brunelle, Jr, of Haverhill, MA; his daughter Theresa Brunelle of Haverhill, MA; three grandchildren Robert, Katelynn, and Allyson, and his two great grandchildren Sophi and Lucy, and his sister Joanne Peters of Plaistow, NH; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Barbara (Comeau) Brunelle, and his brother-in-law Leslie Peters, and his granddaughter, Samantha Pascoe.

Private interment services will be held at the convenience of the family.
