Plaistow, NH:   Rita G. (Piccirillo) Grenier, 87, of Plaistow, NH, died peacefully on January 29, 2020 at the High Pointe Hospice House, Haverhill, MA, with her family by her side.

Born in Haverhill, MA, she was the daughter of the late Generoso and Christina (Carapucci) Piccirillo.  Rita was raised and educated in Haverhill, graduating from Haverhill High School with the Class of 1950.

She worked as a seasonal tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service and previously, she worked in the local shoe industry, at W. T. Grants and was a regional award-winning party planner for Tupperware products.

Rita was a member of Holy Angels Church of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Plaistow, NH.  An avid Elvis fan, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed trips to the beach and to Las Vegas.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Achille "Archie" Grenier; her two sons and daughters-in-law, Scott M. and Patty Grenier of Plaistow, NH and Todd J. and Jonna Grenier of Danville, NH; four grandchildren, Alec Grenier of Salem, NH, Shawn Grenier of Derry, NH, Eric Grenier of Plaistow, NH and Kelsey Grenier of Plaistow, NH; and several nieces and nephews.  She was pre-deceased by a son, Mark A. Grenier.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday, February 3, 2020, from 5 to 8 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.  Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at 10:30 AM in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Haverhill, MA.
