Richard E. Dennis, Jr., "Dick", 68, long time resident of Plaistow, NH, died on Tuesday June 22, 2021, at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA, three weeks after a hemorrhagic stroke.

Born in Haverhill, MA, he was the stepson of Saundra Dennis, son of Dorothy (Gormley) Kamal and the late Richard Dennis.

Dick proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Trenton. After his honorable discharge from service, he attended and graduated from ITT Technical Institute in Boston, MA. For thirty years Dick was an electrician for the railroad, retiring from Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail.

Deep sea fishing with his grandson Nicholas, tending to his vegetable garden and chickens were a few of life's pleasures that Dick loved. When he wasn't enjoying the outdoors, you could most certainly find him watching Shark Tank or Airplane Repo and appreciating his laughter.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of forty-six years, Karen (Misuraca) Dennis of Plaistow, his sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Lisa Dennis of Plaistow, Mike and Courtney Dennis of Hudson, NH, daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Dennis and John Pacheco of Plaistow, brothers, Doug Dow of Sandown, NH, Will Dennis of Danville, NH, sisters, Terri Hartley of Concord, NH, Diane Riley of Rochester, NH, grandchildren, Nicholas, Hunter, Serenity, Ayla, and Charlotte, and many nephews and nieces.
