Haverhill, MA: Phillippa M. (Gelinas) O'Meara, age 57, of Haverhill, MA, died on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA.

Born and raised in Haverhill, MA, the daughter of Phillip and Marie (Dawkins) Gelinas, she attended Haverhill public schools and Haverhill High School, graduating with the Class of 1973. She worked for Raytheon Corporation, North Andover, MA for twenty-nine years and was presently the co-owner of Seafood, Etc. in Haverhill.

A member of St. James Church, Haverhill, she enjoyed gardening, quilting, antiquing and celebrating Halloween.

She is survived by her husband, Gerard M. "Jerry" O'Meara, a son, Robert Kennell, her parents Phillip and Marie (Dawkins) Gelinas and a brother, Joseph Gelinas, all of Haverhill, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends may call on Sunday, July 14, 2013, from 2 to 5 PM at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway (Route 97), Haverhill, MA.
