Our hearts are broken to announce that our precious baby, Peyton Elaine Chase born on November 23, 2025, passed away on December 7, 2025 in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, surrounded by her loving parents and family.

Peyton Elaine Chase, is the daughter of William and Danielle (Casey) Chase, of Derry, and is also survived by two sisters, Abigail Chase of Derry and Madison Chase of Hampstead, maternal grandmother, Linda Bartlett of Atkinson and maternal grandfather, Michael Casey and his wife Linda Royer of Fremont, paternal grandparents, Leiza and David Peek of Atkinson, great- grandmother, Lorraine Casey of Fremont, great-grandmother Claire Chase of Danville and great-grandparents, Peter and Patricia Filocamo of Atkinson, and several aunts ,uncles and cousins.

Though she was only here for a brief time she brought light into our lives. She will always be our little girl, and she will live forever in our hearts. We have faith that she is safe and at peace. Peyton is our perfect little angel.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours to be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow NH. Her service will follow at 6:15 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
