Newton, NH: Peter E. Boniface, Jr., 60, of Newton, NH, died on December 30, 2020 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH, following a brief illness.
Born in Lynn, MA, he was the son of Gloria L. (DeCesare) Boniface and the late Peter Boniface. Peter was raised in Danvers and attended Danvers Public Elementary School, St. John's Prep, graduating with the Class of 1978, and Thomas College, Waterville, ME. A resident of Newton, NH for twenty years, he worked as a distributor for Pepperidge Farm products and was a co-owner of Bread Brothers, Plaistow, NH, along with his brother, Paul.
A member of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Peter enjoyed listening to music of the 70's and 80's and was an avid car enthusiast, interested in cars from classic to performance vehicles. Peter was a caregiver for his mother as well as a devoted uncle to his nephew and niece.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his mother, Gloria Boniface of Peabody, MA; his stepmother, Nancy Boniface of Danvers, MA; a brother and sister-in-law, Paul J. and Cindy Boniface of Plaistow, NH; a nephew, Anthony Boniface and a niece, Arianna Boniface, both of Plaistow, NH; an aunt, Doris Moore of Peabody, MA as well as several cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Peter's calling hours on Sunday, January 3, 2021, from 2 to 4 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH, following NH State guidelines for wearing masks and social distancing. His funeral will begin on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 8:45 AM from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 10 AM at Holy Angels Church of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Plaistow, NH, following the same NH State guidelines for wearing masks and social distancing. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Plaistow, NH.
