Newburyport: Paul E. Antaramian, 59, of Newburyport and formerly of Haverhill, died peacefully at his home on Saturday in Newburyport.

Born in Haverhill, son of the late Papkin and Corinne (Goudreault) Antaramian, he attended the Fernald School in Waltham and was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and the former Saint Joseph Parish. He was employed at the Work Activities Center in Newburyport and Opportunity Works and most recently at Petal Works/Coastal Connection of Amesbury.

An avid Red Sox fan he played basketball, softball and, baseball in his younger years and also participated in the Special Olympics.

Paul is survived by his sister Donna Antaramian of Haverhill, one aunt and several cousins.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 9am to 10:15 am at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11a.m. in All Saints Church, Bellevue Avenue, Haverhill with burial in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
