Epping, NH: Paul H. Anderson, 75, of Epping and formerly of Hampstead, NH and Haverhill, MA, died May 8, 2020 at the E.N. Rogers Memorial Veterans Administration Hospital in Bedford, MA.
Born, raised and educated in Haverhill, son of the late Arthur and Agnes (Colantoni) Anderson, he was a member of the Haverhill Trade School Class of 1963 and the Haverhill High School Varsity Football Team. He went on later to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Fitchburg State College. Paul served honorably as an Airman Second Class in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam was from 1964 until 1967 and was a recipient of the National Defense Service Medal.
He was employed as an engineer at Raytheon for many years until his retirement and had also worked at Verizon Yellow Pages and at Wal-Mart.
An avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan, he also enjoyed Rock Music, especially AC/DC. He had a passion for cars and really enjoyed a Corvette that he once owned.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Linda (Pike) Anderson, a step-daughter, Kimberly Comeau and her husband Russell of Atkinson, two step-sons, Bert Thurlo-Walsh and his husband Michael Walsh of Mendon, MA and Daryl Moore and his wife Heather of Danville, a sister Patricia Cabral and her husband Robert of Hampstead, a brother-in-law, David Pike of Haverhill, step grandchildren, Kyle Andreoli, Joshua Andreoli, Devin Moore and Cobi Moore, three nephew and several cousins.
Due to the national health emergency, services will be private and under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home of Plaistow. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations may be made to E.N.Rogers Memorial Hospital, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA. Please take a moment to leave a message of condolence to the family.
