Patricia A. (Tobler) Davidson, 77, a resident of Exeter NH, and formerly of Malden, MA passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Friday, July 18, 2014 with her family at her side.
She was born on November 24, 1936 in Malden, MA the daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Clark) Tobler. She was raised and educated in Malden. She graduated from Malden High School Class of 1954.
Pat lovingly raised her family at their Bartlett Street home in Malden, MA. She returned to the workplace in 1978 and continued to work as a legal secretary at the Bank of Boston until her retirement in 1996. In 1998 she moved to Plaistow, NH. Two years ago she moved to Exeter and was living with her daughter and family.
Pat was an active member of the Rockingham Church in Plaistow, where she particularly enjoyed the Bible Study group.
She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Charles F. Davidson. She is survived by her four children, Charles F. Davidson, Jr., and his wife, Anne, of Ipswich, MA, Paul H. Davidson of Danvers, MA, John W. Davidson and his wife Lisa of West Peabody, MA, and Suzanne L. Richer and her husband Ronald of Exeter, NH.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Charles III and his wife, Lucy, Jennifer, Tara, Christina, Rachael, Matthew and Thomas Davidson and Ronald and Sophia Richer.
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 4 to 8 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Route 121A, Plaistow Village, Plaistow, NH 03865. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014, at 10:00 AM at The Rockingham Church, 90 Newton Road, Plaistow, NH, 03865.
