Haverhill: Patricia A. (Martin) Serounian, 82, a resident of Haverhill for the past seven years, died Friday, December 24, 2021 at Hunt Rehabilitation Hospital in Danvers.

Born, raised and educated in Chelsea, daughter of the late Frank and Mildred (Redman) Martin, she was employed as a young woman in local manufacturing companies.

Primarily a housewife and homemaker, after her marriage to the late Harry M. Serounian, she was a resident of South Danville NH, for over thirty years before moving to Plaistow in 1992.

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed cooking, knitting and creating a warm and loving home for her family. Especially  devoted to her grandchildren, she helped raise them and still found time to enjoy scrap booking, completing puzzles and keeping up with General Hospital on television. In her younger years she enjoyed snowmobiling, camping, motorcycling, and a memorable cross-country trip to California.

Predeceased in 2018 by her husband of fifty-seven years, Harry M. Serounian, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Veronica A. Winter of Haverhill with whom she made her home and Alexandria Serounian of Exeter, three grandchildren, Joshua Winter and his wife Stephanie, Brianna Nieves, and Tyler Serounian, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours to be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main ST., Plaistow, NH. Her funeral service will be on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Private burial will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery, Kingston in the spring.
