Kingston, NH: Patricia A. (Cotter) Dostie, 73, a resident of Kingston for the last twenty-five years, died at Exeter Hospital on June 26, 2022.

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Clarence and Alice (Fraize) Cotter, she was raised and educated in Lawrence and Salem, NH, graduating Woodbury High School with the Class of 1966. She went on to attend the Lawrence General Hospital School of Nursing and graduated as a Registered Nurse.

Pat was employed over the years as an emergency room nurse at Bon Secours Hospital, Methuen, which later became Holy Family Hospital. She also worked as the School Nurse at Hampstead, NH Elementary and Middle Schools and finally at Rockingham VNA.

She was a Life Member of the Kingston Veterans' Club and also a Life Member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Kingston Post #1088 of the VFW, serving as President and later as the District President. She enjoyed traveling with friends and family, crafting, volunteer work, and most of all, spending time with her well-loved pets and grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving husband of fifty-three years, Gaetan "Gator" Dostie, a son Michael G. Dostie of Kingston, a daughter Alicia A. Thibeault of Kingston, and two grandchildren, Maya G. Dostie and Joshua M. Thibeault.

There will be a celebration of life to be announced in the near future. Arrangements are under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Breast Cancer Fund of Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA.
