A longtime member and benefactor of All Saints Parish and the former Saint Joseph Parish, Mr. LeBlanc was also a member of the Saint Vincent de-Paul Society. He was devoted to his community of Haverhill and donated his time and resources to landscape the area around the monument of General Lafayette when it was relocated in Lafayette Square.
