Atkinson – Noela A. Kelley, 73, passed away Saturday May 20, 2023 after an incredibly hard fought battle with Cancer.

Born December 19, 1949 in Exeter, NH she was the daughter of the late William and Annette (Arbic) Mahon and grew up in Kingston, NH.

Noela was a hairdresser for many years, and owned and operated her salon Hairport. Later in life, her love of helping others lead her to a medical career, which brought her to New Orleans to work the frontline of the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief. She worked alongside the Red Cross to establish triage tents in the 9 th ward, immediately following the hurricane. She loved the beach, animals of all types, especially dogs, and traveling.

Members of her family include her two daughters Sherry Dionne of Danville, NH; and Heather Kelley of Haverhill Ma; her grandchildren Zachary, Johnny, Tyler, Star, and Cam, one great grandson Maysen, siblings Ed and Tina(wife) Mahon of Valdosta, GA; Andy Mahon of Epsom, NH; and Elaine and Garrison Todd of Kingston, NH; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her two sons B.J. and Billy Dionne. Her parents, her sister Rosanne Searles, and two brothers; Thomas and Richard Mahon.
