Obituary

Natalie A. (Lesiczka)Thompson, 85, of Haverhill, died June 5, 2025 at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Haverhill, MA.

She was born on March 15, 1940, daughter of the late William K. And Helen (Drabik) Lesiczka. Natalie graduated from St. James High School, Class of 1957. She was employed at Bond Tobacco where she met the love of her life and husband of 63 years, Douglas F. Thompson. She later went on to work at Grant's Department store and was a long time Girl Scout Leader, but her favorite job was being a Nanny to her family. She belonged to the Latitude Sports Club for years and made many good friends in the swimming program. A member of All Saint's Parish, Natalie's life was devoted to her family and was truly happiest when surrounded by them. She loved Elvis, collecting elephants, her many pets, playing Keno with her husband, sitting in the sun on her back deck watching the birds, and talking on the phone to her many friends. Canada Dry ginger ale is what kept her going.

Besides her husband Douglas, Natalie is survived by her daughters, Joyce Thompson, Susan Thompson, and Christine Wilson and her husband Daniel Wilson all of Haverhill, her grandchildren Lindsay Williams and wife Kayla, Courtney Williams, Isabelle Wilson, Emily Wilson, and Victoria Wilson, and her great grandchildren Chase and Wyatt Williams, her sister, Patricia Lesiczka, and her sisters-in-law, Jane Lesiczka and Margaret Etter both of Haverhill.

She was predeceased by her brother John Lesiczka and her sister Katherine Lesiczka.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 4pm – 7pm at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11am at All Saints Parish 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill. Interment will follow at Walnut Cemetery Haverhill.
