Mildred M.
(Tag-Vonstein) Marble "Millie"
September 16, 1927 – October 16, 2020
Mildred Maia (Tag-vonStein) Marble, "Millie", 93, of Sandown, NH passed away at home on Friday, October 16, 2020, after a short illness. Born in Englewood, CA, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Louisa Tag- VonStein and graduated from Los Angeles High School. She took a trip to Boston by train in 1945 and never left New England.
For fifteen years she worked at Pyrotector, Inc. in Hingham, MA, where her colleagues will always remember her. Thanks to Millie's generosity, Goodwill in Concord, NH will forever be in her debt for reinventing the shoe department. Millie loved her family, baking, gardening, and doing 1,000-piece puzzles. She was a lifetime member of Eastern Star.
Mildred is survived by her daughter Cynthia (Roy) Favreau of Florida, a son Warren Marble of Sandown, NH, five grandchildren Dana, Bryce, Camden, Jaiden and Ariana and a great granddaughter Alexis. The faithful family dog Jenna will miss their daily morning ritual of food and water bowl filling
Millie is predeceased by her husband, James E. Marble, her son, Dana Marble, her sister, Millicent Spargo, and her two brothers Baron Tag-vonStein and Nobel Tag-vonStein.
Due to COVID-19, services will be private, and under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.
