Haverhill, MA: Michael L. Lewis, 67, of Haverhill, died of natural causes on March 20, 2018 at his home.
Born in Portland, Oregon, son of the late Robert L. and Frankie Colice (Kelly) Lewis, he attended Lincoln High School and graduated with the Class of 1969. He served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman Third Class during the Vietnam Era and was a recipient of the National Defense Service Medal. He worked in the maintenance and production departments for Techtronics Co. in Oregon.
An avid fisherman, Mr. Lewis enjoyed playing high school baseball, watching sports, especially baseball and loved old cars and oldies music.
He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Linda (Rogers) Lewis; two daughters, Katelyn Currier and her husband, Christian of Bradford, MA and Monica Lewis and her companion, Patrick Greenlay of Bradford, MA, a brother, Kirk Lewis of Oregon and a sister, Peggy Lewis of Oregon; three grandchildren, Annabelle Lewis, Carter Greenlay and "CJ" Currier. He was excited about the upcoming birth of his fourth grandchild, Grayson Michael, who will be born in May. He was also survived by two sisters-in-law, Phyllis Dupre and Fran Conley and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. A Funeral Service will follow at 6:15 PM in the funeral home with the rendering of Military Honors by the U.S. Navy to follow.
