Merrimac, MA:  Michael L. David, 62, of Merrimac, MA and formerly of Haverhill, MA, Epping, NH and Atkinson, NH, died on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at his home.

He was born in Haverhill, MA and was the son of the late Lee and Constance (Zangari) David. Michael attended local schools in Haverhill and graduated from Haverhill High School with the Class of 1976.  He received his Machinist training while attending Northern Essex Community College.  He worked as a Jet Engine Machinist for the General Electric Company from 1980 until 2012.

A member of the former St. Rita's Parish and All Saints Church, Haverhill, Michael also served as a Boy Scout leader and as a Union Steward for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.)  He enjoyed fishing, cooking for his family and friends, collecting baseball cards and watching his favorite Boston sports teams, the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots.

Michael was the husband of the late Rhonda (Clayton) David who died in 2015.  He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son, Michael L. David, Jr. and his wife, Brianna of Palermo, ME; his daughter, Rebecca L. Sellers and her husband, Jay of Alton Bay, NH; two brothers, Ronald E. David of Atkinson, NH and Robert David and his wife, Karen of Las Vegas, NV; three grandchildren, Lillian George, Callum Sellers and Emerson David; his former wife and mother of his children, LeeAnn (Bergeron) Bray; his beloved dog, Bella and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
