Sandown, NH: Michael J. Clarke, 61, a longtime resident of Sandown, passed away June 28th, 2024, at High Point Hospice House in Haverhill, Ma.

Michael was born in Haverhill and was the son of the late Leo and Catherine (Dusevitch) Clarke.  He was raised and educated in Groveland and graduated from Whittier Regional High School with the class of 1980.  He was employed for many years as a Crew Chief at A.J. Nonwoven of Hampton NH.

Michael enjoyed playing golf, riding his ATV, and working around the yard in his spare time and he was always known as the life of the party. Loved by family and friends, it was acknowledged that he "had the family soul."  He loved to dance and he was referred by his brother Leo as "Happy Feet."

He will be sadly missed by his best friend and fiancé, Sue Habib of Sandown, two sons Michael J. Clarke Jr. and his wife Ambur of NH, Adam Clarke of NH, a daughter Shaina L Clarke of NH, step daughter Danielle McGregor of NH, grandchildren Ella and Hunter Grenier and step grandson Dylan McGregor, a sister Linda Pasch and her husband Michael, three brothers, Leo V Clarke and his wife Terrie, John S. Clarke and his wife Stacey and Robert A Clarke and his wife Melissa,  and other family members including his nephews and nieces.

A private graveside service will take place at the Lithuanian Cemetery in Bradford, Ma.
