Mary Beth Sharp, 53, of Sandown NH, wife of Rick Sharp of 27 years, and mother to her son Caleb Sharp and daughter Emily Sharp of Sandown NH. , passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by family on August 8, 2017. Mary Beth was born on April 24, 1964 to Arthur and Connie (Moody) Veno of Woburn, MA., and Concord, MA. respectively, and is survived by her mother Connie Veno. Mary Beth graduated Woburn High School Class of ' 82 and then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Middlebury College in 1986, before earning her Masters in Nursing at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 1992, later working in oncology at Nashua Regional Cancer Center until her most recent employment with Timberlane Regional School District as a school nurse at Sandown North Elementary.

Mary Beth will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Rick Sharp, son Caleb Sharp, and daughter Emily Sharp. She is survived by her mother Connie Veno, brothers Daniel Veno and his wife Susan of Newburyport, MA., Matthew Veno and his wife Karen of Salem, MA., and sisters Julie Veno of Woburn, MA., Ann Veno of Richmond, CA., Karen Veno of Merrimac, MA., and Kathy (Veno) Vasilopoulos and her husband Chuck of Titusville, FL., and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

Mary Beth loved her kids, and family was the center of her life. She enjoyed her flower garden, loved bluegrass music, and was an avid Red Sox fan. A lover of the outdoors, Mary Beth frequented Little Neck, went kayaking, camping, and was a very active person with a passion for life and all things spontaneou s. Her smile, silliness, and quest for fun touched the lives of many.

Friends and family are invited to Mary Beth's Life Celebration on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 4-8pm at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main Street Plaistow, NH. A private memorial service will be held for Mary Beth at a later date, on the ocean shore. Memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society .
