Salem, NH: Mary A. (Phillips) Falwell-O'Malley, 91, died February 27, 2017 at Salem Haven Nursing Home in Salem, NH.

Born, raised and educated in Medford, MA, daughter of the late Vincent and Stella (Miara) Phillips, she attended local schools and was a member of the Medford High School Class of 1943.

Primarily a house wife and homemaker for most of her life, Mrs. O'Malley worked in her younger years as a secretary at Raytheon, and later as her children were older she worked as a waitress for a local catering company. A resident of Wilmington, Massachusetts from 1961 until 2005, she later moved to the Southern New Hampshire area and was involved in the operation of White Mountain Ice Cream of Plaistow and later, was a shareholder in the operation of the Early Bird Café.

Mrs. Fallwell-O'Malley enjoyed cooking and baking, and creating a warm and inviting home for her family.

The wife of Robert Falwell, who predeceased her in 1980 and
James O'Malley who predeceased her in 2001, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her four sons, Robert V. Falwell of Hampstead, Wray G. Falwell and his wife Lauren, of Derry, Gary S. Falwell and his wife Kathy of Moultonborough, and Brian J. Falwell, of Amsterdam, Holland, twelve grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Kevin J. Falwell and the late Richard D. Falwell.

Relatives and friends are invite to Mrs. Falwell-O'Malley's Life Celebration to be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Her funeral service will begin at 11:15 in the funeral home, followed by burial in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington, MA.
