Marie M. Neuner, age 68, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023 at her home in Hampstead, NH surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Michael LaBranche with whom she shared 23 years of marriage. Marie was a bright light to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born in Danvers, MA on May 27, 1955 and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret (Cantelli) Neuner.

Marie went to school full time while working full time to get her associate degree in mechanical engineering and bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering from Northeastern University.

Her interests were varied. She loved art, bird watching, the ocean and had a fascination with marble which she could faux paint on any surface. She was interested in color theory. Her favorite pastime was being with her three girls, Skye, Cheyanne, Haley and her little river.

Besides her husband, Marie is survived by her devoted daughter Skye Fresh and her husband Robert Fresh, her beloved granddaughter Cheyanne Duffany and her grandniece Haley Miller, who Marie considered a second daughter, her great grandnephew River who Marie considered a grandson and Haley's husband Jeremy Miller. Marie also had three nephews, Sam Eppinger, Colten Cole and Lexington Cole. Marie had two brothers, Arthur Neuner and his wife Donna Stefano and Joseph Neuner and his wife Kathy Neuner. Marie enjoyed the company of her many cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 4pm-7pm at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. Her funeral service and interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marie's memory to any cancer research organization.
