Haverhill: Marie F. (Eafalla) LaFleur, 77, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died peacefully Sunday evening, May 5, 2019 at High Pointe Hospice House, with her loving family by her side.

The daughter of the late Garry and Faye (DeMatteo) Eafalla, she attended Haverhill Schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School with the Class of 1959. She was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and the former Saint Rita's Parish.

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed creating a warm and loving home for her family, and delighted in decorating her home for all of the major holidays. She also liked trips to the beach and the mountains of New England.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of fifty-nine years, Kenneth P. LaFleur, a son Eric M. LaFleur and his companion Lori Ataya of Haverhill, a daughter and son-in-law, Michele M. and Salvatore "Sam" Ambra of Haverhill, a grandson, Eric M. LaFleur,Jr. of Haverhill, a sister Laura Edwards of Burlington, VT, two sisters-in-law, Pauline Auclair and her husband George of Salem,NH, and Celeste Talarico and her husband Robert of Naples, FL, a nephew Paul Edwards and two nieces, Juli Lipoff and Suzanne Aronson, and several cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mrs. LaFleur's Life Celebration to be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Her funeral will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Avenue Haverhill. Burial will follow in Saint Patrick's Cemetery, Haverhill, MA. The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN.
