Obituary

Marguerite "Margie" (Glidden) Lacroix, age 92, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Haverhill Crossings. She was the wife of the late Joseph G. Lacroix who passed in 2013.

She was born in North Andover on September 24, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Dana and Marguerite (Landram) Glidden.

Margie was raised and educated in North Andover and was a graduate of Johnson high school, class of 1948. She was employed as a layout operator at AT&T for 21 years until her retirement in 1987. Margie was a member of C.W.A local 1365 and Telephone Pioneers of America. She cherished her family and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her children William Lacroix of Raymond, NH, Joseph Lacroix and his wife Pamela of Hampton, NH and Karen Metzner and her husband Paul of Atkinson, NH, her grandchildren Eric Metzner, Justin Metzner, Christopher Lacroix and Leah Lacroix, her great grandchildren Zoey Metzner, Sydney Metzner, James Metzner, Delaney White, Timothy White, Avery Lacroix, Carter Lacroix and Addison Lacroix. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Margie's family would like to thank the staff and residents at Haverhill Crossings, for their care and friendship given to Margie and her family.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
